Sound the claxons and pop the kettle on, because we are back! Jump into Episode 31 of Pod of Tea. Things are kicking off with a smashing brew, a Rooibos Earl Grey from Canadian company Tealyra.  
It's our first episode as new parents, so bear with us as we navigate podcasting around a tiny human (she makes a cameo!) We talk about the global pandemic shaped elephant in the room, take a trip around the stars, and enjoy some fun facts about Rooibos.

We delved into the tea cupboard for another tea review for Episode 30! We try out the Nelson's Blood Orange Fruit Infusion from our local Nelson and Norfolk tea company. Jack Ewins is back on a sleepy Sunday episode.
We try this tea hot and also iced, the first iced tea of the Podcast!

Afternoon Tea

You can take the ladies out of the tea shop but you can't take the afternoon tea out the ladies! Emma is joined by her dear friend and baker extraordinaire Emily Longmore - three cheers for video calls! They may be a good few hundreds of miles apart but Episode 28 is filled with enough tea, cakes and chats to make the inventor of the afternoon tea proud!
Shout outs to Eleanor Harding for her behind the scenes research efforts into the history of this glorious tradition.

Birthday Tea Party

In a special episode Emma is joined by four guests for a birthday tea party! Jack throws a surprise gathering in Episode 24, filled with lots of different teas and what can only be described as Cake Tapas!
The birthday tea party took place in Biddy's Tea Room Norwich, with many giggles and not one but three renditions of Happy Birthday! It was lovely.

What a treat for this week, a gifted bag of loose leaf Formosa Oolong. Emma and Jack continue their tea master journey with another classic leaf, the Oolong tea in Episode 23. To quote Jack from the episode, "wow there is a lot to say about tea!"

Pod of Tea is back! We kick of 2020 with a review of Pukka's Motherkind Pregnancy Herbal Tea! Emma explains the podcast's tea break for the last couple of months in Episode 22 (you can probably guess one reason why from the chosen tea!) delving into the flavours of Pukka's rather lovely little blend and having a new years tea and catch up with you all!
